Deadline to submit a budget request for spring 2012 is Friday Dec 2nd, by 12:00pm. Any budget submitted after that will not be processed. The budget must be itemized. Please read the instruction at the back of the budget form before submition.
If you are either a new instructor or an old instructor teaching a new course in Spring 2012, please come to Wilder 302 and sign up for an interview Asap!

Here are some of the application forms needed to teach an Exco. These forms can also be found on the "Teach an Exco" tab.
We're also working on making these files into word processing documents instead of pdfs so forms don't have to be downloaded, written on, scanned back, then uploaded onto our website. We're trying our hardest to make this a much easier process, so please bear with us.

We accept both paper forms and online application, so you can either pick up the application forms at Wilder 302 or fill them out online! If you've already started your application, you can just stick to whichever application you've been doing.
