Current Requirements for Exco Instructors:

• Exco Fair Attendance
• Register for Course on PRESTO & Consent Students
• Submit Signed Instructor Agreement
• Submit Class List - this includes the student's name, email, T#, and number of credits the student is taking your Exco for
• Fill Out Instructor Midterm Evaluation Form
• Fill Out Instructor Final Evaluation
• Attend Monthly Division Meetings
• Audit One Class in Same Division
• Final Instructor Paper (2 Pages Double-Spaced)
• Final Class Auditing Paper (1 Page Double-Spaced)

Important Dates for Spring 2012

Wednesday February 8th (6-8pm): Exco Fair (Instructors must be there an hour early at 5:00pm)

Before Wednesday February 15th
Must Hold First Class
Submit Signed Instructor Agreement
Submit Class locations & Time/Days of meetings
Add/Drop Ends

Wednesday, February 15th Class Lists due

Friday March 23rd by 4:30pm Instructor Midterm Evals Due

Monday, April 2nd by 4:30 p.m. Applications for Fall 2012 Excos Due

Friday, April 20th by 4:30 p.m. Submit Allocation Forms and Receipts

Sunday, May 6th by 12p.m. Final Evaluations Due

Saturday, May 12th by 12p.m. Final Instructor Paper Due Class Auditing Paper Due
Exco Supplies due to Exco Office

Unless stated otherwise, deadlines are by 4:30 p.m.
